Different Styles Of Learning And Visual Learner - 984 Words

There are different styles of learning, from kinesthetic to visual to auditory. Each style of learning vastly different from the other. People find it easier sometimes to learn using one method yet there are those who can learn from more than one method if not all just as easily. By knowing an individual’s preferred style of learning finding the ideal learning environment can be achieved. One example would be that a person keen to learning through auditory means would probably find it difficult to concentrate when around loud music, as well as a visual learner being easily distracted by moving objects or a television. People don’t necessarily get to choose which learning style suits them best, it’s typically something that becomes clear on its own; however, people can have varying styles of learning depending on the subject. Myself for example, when it comes to learning technical things, such as how to work on a car or fix a computer there’s no better lear ning method than a kinesthetic one. Another example would be sciences and math, when it comes to learning formulas and being able to solve equations I do my best learning when I have visuals in front of me. Auditory learning has never been my favorite for any particular subject, but I know it works well for plenty of people out there and everyone should focus on what works best for them.
